Our licenced Café has been widely praised in national press. It has a casual, social atmosphere in a light, airy dining room with a small outdoor terrace. Throughout the year we grow our own range of vegetables, fruit and herbs directly outside the café and in our ‘potager’, or kitchen garden. Customers are welcome to walk through our gardens to see where many of the menu ingredients are grown.
The menu takes a modern approach to fresh, veg-led dishes with a Middle-Eastern influence. We encourage you to order a few dishes each and share. Meat and fish are provided by local vendors. Our menu changes to reflect seasonal availability but the sample menus below will give you a good idea of what we serve. We are licensed to serve wine, beer and spirits.
The Café opens daily for breakfast, lunch and afternoon service, with a brunch menu served on Sundays.
Outdoor dining is available when the weather permits and private dining is available in our picturesque Summerhouse.
We serve cocktails, and wines are available by the glass from £3.90 to £5.50, by the bottle from £21.50 to £39.00. We serve beers from Adnams Brewery & Aspall Ciders, both of which are local suppliers. We have a range of soft drinks including Breckland Orchard Posh Pops.
